Air Cargo Security - Awareness

Content & Objective

This general security awareness training offers the basic information and first insight into the most important subjects related to civil aviation security and has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of EU 2015/1998 art. 11.2.7.

The training contains information about:

• Attacks on civil aviation
• Organization and legislation within civil aviation security
• Transport within the secured air freight chain & subcontracted hauliers
• Emergency situation responses

By means of a test immediately after the online training, evaluation is made as to whether the participants possess all the competencies that are required according to EU 2015/1998 art 11.2.7.

Audience

The target audience for this training consists of all persons who have access to clearly identifiable air cargo or identifiable air mail, not implementing any security controls. This also includes all drivers who are transporting identifiable air cargo/air mail without access to the transported goods. Whether you are working in a certified entity, Known Consignor or Regulated Agent, or you are a subcontracted party offering services to the secured air freight chain (6E Haulier), you have a crucial responsibility within the secured air freight chain.

During this training we focus on actual situations which all participants can relate to. Starting from regular day to day activities we aim to show you the real impact of your role within a secured environment.

Note: before any person can follow any security training including information which is not publicly available, the 6E haulier / Regulated Agent / Known Consignor is responsible to perform a complete background check and assess whether the right abilities and aptitudes are available for each candidate. By subscribing employees to this training, MT training considers these requirements to be fulfilled by the 6E haulier / Regulated Agent / Known Consignor.
